Thank you for your purchase! We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Pleas review our policy below:

Refund Policy:

  • We offer a full refund on products returned within 15 days of the purchase date
  • To be eligible for a refund, items must be unopened, in their original packaging, and include a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchange Policy:

  • Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Please note that we can only exchange items for the same product or a different product o equal value.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer service team at newpathspa@gmail.com, to initiate the return or exchange process.
  2. Ship the item(s) back to us at the address provided by our customer service team.
  3. Please ensure you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance for items over $100, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Certain items may be marked as non-refundable. Please check the product description for details.

Final Sale:

  • All gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded once purchase

Expiration Date:

  • Gift cards may come with promotional offers or expiration dates. However, even after th expiration date, the gift card will still be valid for the original amount spent at the time of purchase.
  • Please note that any promotional value associated with the gift card will not be available after the expiration date.
